* Delivery time from dispatch. In rare cases, e.g. in remote areas or around public holidays, delivery can take 1–2 days longer.
When will my order ship?
Orders received on a working day (Monday–Friday) before 12:00 noon (German time) ship the same day. Later orders and orders placed at weekends or on public holidays ship the next working day.
Tracking
As soon as your parcel is on its way, the tracking number and link appear on your order page – via “View and track your order” in the order confirmation or under “My orders” in your account. DHL or GLS also notify you by e-mail or text message.
Delivery
Please check your delivery address (including house number) before paying. If the driver cannot reach you, the parcel is usually left at a nearby parcel shop or branch. If it is not collected within the holding period, it is returned to us.
Deliveries outside the EU
Parcels to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Switzerland, the UK, the USA) may be subject to import duties, taxes and fees of the destination country. These are not included in the purchase price and are usually paid by the recipient on delivery. We include the required customs documents with the parcel.
