Return Policy

Return Conditions
  • Moda Mix guarantees you the possibility of returning products within 3 days of receiving your order if you are not satisfied with the products you received.
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs.
  • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact Moda Mix customer service for assistance as soon as possible via our contact page: https://modamixtr.com/contact.
Product Return Process
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "My Orders" and then select the order
  3. Click the return button next to the product you want to return
  4. Fill in the fields and submit the request
  5. Wait for the return process to be approved
  6. After approval, please send the shipment to the following return address:

Please note that we do not provide a return label; you must ship the product from the nearest shipping center available to you.

Return Requirements for Returnable Products
  • The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • The product must be with its original brand tags.
  • Products must be in new condition without wear or damage.
  • They must be returned with the original brand boxes and all accessories.
  • Shoes should only have been tried on a clean, smooth surface.
Non-Returnable or Exchangeable Products
  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Cosmetics and accessories (except scarves and bags)
  • Products marked "Non-returnable" and "Flash Sales"
  • Free gifts
  • Custom-made products
Important Notes
  • We do not accept products returned without a proper return request.
  • Please double-check your return request and products before shipping. We will not be responsible for returning products that are not from Moda Mix.
  • Upon arrival at our warehouse, we will inspect the product. If it does not meet the return conditions, we will not be able to refund the amount.
Refund Method
  • Your request will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return package.
  • The amount will be refunded to your Moda Mix wallet or original payment account.
  • Refund for returned products only; insurance and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Why is the received amount less than the refunded amount?

A restocking fee may be deducted, or the bank may charge a service fee of up to €7 within Germany or €17 outside Germany.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will my refund arrive?

Once the refund process begins, you will receive an email notification. The refund time depends on the payment method and bank.

  • PayPal: 1 to 5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 1 to 15 business days
How can I get a refund if my card has expired?

For security reasons, the refund will only be issued to the original card used.

If your card has expired, you can contact your bank for assistance.
