Returns & right of withdrawal
In short: you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The easiest way is our return form, where you can also exchange for free (we pay the shipping of the replacement) or choose wallet credit with a 5 % bonus.
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) received the goods; for an order delivered in several parcels, from the day the last one arrived. To withdraw, tell us clearly – through the return form, by e-mail or by letter to:

It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days have passed.
Sending the items back
Send the items within 14 days of your notice to the address above and write your return number (RMA-…) on or inside the parcel. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We do not provide a return label.
Refund
We refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs when you return the whole order, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method and free of charge. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have shown that you sent them. You only pay for a loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check them (e.g. worn, washed, tags removed).
Exceptions
No withdrawal for items made or altered to your specification. The right expires for sealed hygiene goods (underwear, swimwear with hygiene seal, opened cosmetics) once the seal was removed after delivery.
Extras from Moda Mix
Free exchange for another size or colour of the same model, or wallet credit plus 5 %. These are voluntary and do not limit your statutory rights. Faulty or wrong items: contact us before sending – we cover the cost.
