Return Policy

Welcome to Moda Mix! We hope you love what you ordered, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we provide a return service to meet your needs.

Return Policy

  1. Return Period:
    • Moda Mix guarantees that you can return products within 3 days from the date of receiving the order if you are not satisfied with the products you received.
    • The customer bears the shipping costs when returning.
  2. Special Cases:
    • If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please contact Moda Mix customer service as soon as possible through the contact page:

Product Return Process

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on "My Orders" and select the order
  3. Click on the return button next to the product you want to return
  4. Fill in the fields and submit the request
  5. Wait for the return approval
  6. You will be provided with the return address after approval.

Return Requirements for Returnable Products

  1. Wedding Dresses, Suits, and Clothing:
    • The product must be new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered.
    • The product must have original brand tags attached.
  2. Shoes, Bags, and Luggage:
    • The products must be in their new condition without being worn or damaged.
    • They must be returned with the original brand boxes and all accessories (such as shoe rings, shoelaces, dust bags, etc.).
    • Shoes must have only been tried on a soft, clean surface.
  3. Other Categories:
    • Returned items must be in brand new condition with original packaging.

Non-returnable or Non-exchangeable Products

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Swimwear
  • Beauty products and accessories (except for scarves and bags)
  • Products labeled as "Non-returnable" or "Flash Sales"
  • Free gifts
  • Customized products

Important Notes

  • We do not accept products returned without a proper return request.
  • Please double-check the return request and products before shipping them. We will not be responsible for returning products that are not from Moda Mix.
  • When the return item reaches our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it. If we find that it does not meet the return requirements, such as being washed, damaged, unsealed, activated, missing original tags, hygiene label tampered, or any other condition we deem unsuitable for resale, we will not be able to provide a refund. We will return the product to you at your expense. In exceptional cases, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion as a goodwill gesture.

Refund Method

  • Your request will be processed within 5 days once we receive the return package.
  • The refund will be credited to your Moda Mix wallet or original payment account, as per your choice.
  • Refunds are for returned products only, and other fees such as insurance, shipping fees, are non-refundable.

Why is the received amount less than the refunded amount?

Restocking fees or bank commissions or service charges may be deducted from the refunded amount, not exceeding 7 Euros within Germany or 17 Euros outside Germany.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the refund process is initiated, you will receive an email notification. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the refund method and bank.

  • PayPal: 1 to 5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 1 to 15 business days

How can I get a refund if my credit/debit card is no longer valid or expired?

For security reasons, the refund will only be issued to the original card that was used for payment.

If your original card has expired or is no longer valid, you can contact the card issuer (your bank or the card company) for assistance; they will still be able to receive the funds on your behalf.
