Moda Mix – deleting your customer account and personal data (the “Moda Mix” app and the online shop modamixtr.com).

How to delete your account

• In the app: Account → Delete my account. You receive a code at your account’s e-mail address; once you enter it, the account is deleted at once.
• By e-mail: to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion request”, please from your account’s e-mail address.
• Via WhatsApp: +49 1521 9658830.

We handle requests by e-mail or WhatsApp within 30 days (Art. 12(3), Art. 17 GDPR) and confirm the deletion by e-mail. Deletion is free of charge and final.

What is deleted

• Customer account and login, name, e-mail address, phone number and saved addresses
• Wishlist, saved measurements (“My sizes”), messages in the app
• The app’s devices and push tokens, conversations with the shopping assistant and remembered preferences
• Your “Invite a friend” code

What is kept

We keep invoices and order records for as long as German tax and commercial law requires (up to 10 years, § 147 AO, § 257 HGB). This data is locked and used for no other purpose. Open orders, returns or refunds are completed first. Data the app keeps only on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.
