How long does it take for my order to be prepared?
- Orders placed before noon will be shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after noon will be shipped on the next business day.

Also, a tracking link will be sent via SMS to your phone number by the shipping company.
What are the delivery hours for my order?
Your order will be delivered by shipping companies to the delivery address you provided during working hours, which are from Monday to Friday from 08:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
What happens if they cannot find me at my address?
If the shipping company cannot find you at your address, they will leave a note indicating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not pick up your package within three days, it will be returned to us.
